Lead and participated in A3 problem solving activities for re-occurring and catastrophic issues in packaging facility with intradepartmental cooperation. -Developed and a shift schedule that eliminates overtime cost, reduces over staffing, and increases production time by 1.5 hours per line each day. -Led team in ceilings and walls section of building cleaning event.
