I am the founder and owner of Build and Bake, which is the UK first high protein bakery which specialise in Low calorie high protein brownies, with an empathises on taste and whole foods, this is why our main ingredient is sweet potato. In an industry of chalky based protein products and chemicals that dampen taste lets bring it back to foods cooked with skill and knowledge to make great low calorie tasting snacks to help with those everyday cravings. I believe in focusing on what the consumer wants and delivering that with an exceptional level of service with a personal touch, this is the ethos of my business.
