* Trained to help students and adults identify and overcome their learning challenges * Meet weekly with students throughout the semester to tutor and monitor progress * Setup weekly and monthly goals with students each semester * Monitor the student's out of classroom study behavior * Provide a support link for each child outside of the classroom * Develop guidelines for each student's parents to reinforce home study behaviors

* Identify and cultivate new national business account opportunities * Manage multiple accounts throughout the domestic US & Canada * Assure the satisfaction of each customer and their particular requests per account * Establish new accounts monthly and reach specific net sales quotas per month * Maintain a high level of customer service with current and future accounts * Consistently ranked in the top 10-15% nationally within an ongoing growing company
