Executive‑level in‑house attorney responsible for leading and managing a wide portfolio of legal and enterprise functions, including: Real Estate Legal Oversight: Direct all legal matters relating to the Company’s existing and expanding global real estate portfolio, encompassing all retail banners, supply chain facilities, corporate headquarters, and satellite offices. Litigation Management: Oversee the Company’s global litigation portfolio, including direct engagement with external auditors and regular reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Corporate Governance: Serve as Assistant Corporate Secretary, supporting governance processes and maintaining regular interaction with both the Audit Committee and the full Board of Directors. Risk Management Leadership: Lead and oversee the Company’s Global Risk Management Department, including enterprise‑wide risk identification, insurance coverage and other mitigation strategies, and program development. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Partner with cross‑functional leadership to drive the Company’s ERM framework, reporting and management, and interface with the Audit Committee and full Board of Directors. Committee Roles: Serve as a member of the Executive Risk & Compliance Committee and the Employee Health & Welfare Plan Committee, contributing legal, compliance, and risk‑focused guidance.

My practice focused primarily in commercial real estate transactions, including assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of properties of all types (e.g., office buildings, shopping centers, retail, office, industrial and multi-family complexes and condominium and planned community projects). I also assisted retailers and office space users with the leasing of space, and represented both borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial loan transactions.
