Early certified out of training and reached the highest promotion for the department in the shortest amount of time. I also finished as one of the top agents of the year in my first full year eligible to receive the chairman's gold club trip as one of the top agents in the entire company. Was awarded with a trip. On pace to reach the goal to achieve gold tier chairman's club again for 2014, and have also started to mentor incoming training agents. I also achieved top sales agent in the company for June of 2014. Constantly hitting bonus numbers each month as I have only missed the bonus target four months since I have been with the company and three of which I was on vacation or out on my honeymoon. I love working with other people in a team to work toward a goal to achieve the monthly sales target for the company and look forward to grow each day with my sales experience.
