Spearhead the Logistics Department to scale with the company's larger growth initiative through shipping and 3rd Party Logistics. Executed complex domestic and international shipments including (i.e. Hazmat, Dangerous Goods, High-Value, etc.) Serve as primary global administrator of enterprise TMS application ensuring application is running 24/7 and the appropriate level of user access is assigned. Transitioned legacy TMS system (20+ sites) to new cloud-based enterprise shipping application and led integration and roll-out to 100+ sites resulting in successful execution of over half a million domestic and international shipments and sourcing carrier contract cost savings of $40M Managed EDI carrier account set-up with vendors and third-party carrier invoice payment process for 350+ parcel and freight accounts.
