Responsible for new business and account management of a large portfolio of businesses, including professional services, financial services, insurance and tech clients. Oversaw large scale year on year growth and creation of a second site of operations in Warrington. Selling across the entire range of products and services offered including data, software and marketing services for all stages of a client life cycle.

Managed all aspects of the sales function with a particular focus on lead generation, campaign management, MI and compliance. Developed a sales support team covering all contractual, MI and compliance documentation, storage and management and acted as the point of contact for deal approvals.

Responsible for all sales operations processes and software including campaign management, MI, software selection and tracking of marketing activity. Engaged with all senior stakeholders to ensure that the right prospects were targeted at the right time in line with the marketing calendar. Removed all legacy software and deployed brand new dialling software, GIS software and built new MI and campaign monitoring reports.
