The Police Auxiliary unit's role includes Foot/Vehicle patrols, escorts, building security, traffic direction, campus security, K9 Training, pedestrian safety and the Driver Improvement Program.

Conduct background investigations for both national security and public trust on the NBIB contract. Utilized specialized databases to verify criminal history, as well as credit ratings, to help determine a candidate's basic trustworthiness and qualifications. Conducted in-person interviews with applicants and their listed or developed associates in order to further ascertain suitability for security clearances.

CJSA - student association targeted at bringing the CCJS student community together to learn more about various aspects of policing and different police departments.
