About
Most organisations think burnout is a people problem. It isn’t. It’s a system problem. Specifically, how leadership absorbs, translates, and distributes pressure across teams. My background is in systemic psychotherapy. That means I don’t just look at individuals, I look at the relational systems they operate within. It’s also why I see things many leadership approaches miss. I work with executive teams who feel the strain: – Misalignment at the top – Silos forming across functions – Communication breaking down under pressure – Performance stalling despite capability They know something isn’t working. They’re just not sure how to shift it. That’s where I come in. I help leadership teams diagnose and resolve the systemic dynamics driving dysfunction, using a relational and structured approach grounded in: ✔ The 5x5 Model® ✔ Systemic thinking ✔ Real-world leadership application This isn’t about surface-level change. It’s about building leadership systems that: – Hold pressure without breaking people – Create alignment without forcing compliance – Enable performance without burnout If that resonates, follow along or get in touch.
