Lead the mold obsolescence program, championing the integration of advanced technologies and automation to modernize the fleet. Support the lifecycle of new packaging projects by overseeing the transition from pilot to industrial-scale molds. Drive the digitalization of maintenance tracking and mold data to streamline workflows and mitigate production risks. Partner with Procurement, Quality, and external Converters to optimize spare parts forecasting and ensure agile, high-performance tooling processes.

Managing fast-tracked development plan on new packaging solutions, from the concept design to the industrialization phase. Project Management skills coupled with technical know-how of packaging materials and converting technology 3D modeling, prototyping and lab structural testing. Driving the accurate selection of materials to deliver aesthetic and structural performance parameters, relevant for both consumer experience and production/manufacturing lines. Coordinating environmental impact evaluation of the packaging, managing key suppliers relationship and delivering packaging cost evaluations in collaboration with the Packaging Procurement Team for Profit&Loss analysis. Proactive scouting of new packaging technology and materials.

Responsible of tools budget definition, negotiation, purchasing, delivery and spend tracking according to budget figures. Assets renewal and depreciation analysis. Assets maintenance and spares inventory scheduling and cost estimation. Industrial tool testing and approval. Continuous improvement of new and existing industrial molds with particular reference to cycle time, productivity, efficiency and all the input parameters relevant for packaging costs. Support packaging procurement with molds and equipment capacity analysis and investment proposal definition. Proactive scouting of new suppliers (converting and tooling). Support the design definition of any new packaging component requiring dedicated tooling.
