Responsible for Handling contacts with the WW Distribution Accounts for Shred-optics (http://www.shredoptics.com/) and Slytech (http://www.slytechprotection.com/) leading brands in the Ski and Snowboard market respectively for the production of Ski-goggles and High-Performance Protective-gears. In constant contact with the WW distributors and suppliers through verbal and written communication about gather information on deliveries and products to be delivered. Acted as the liaison between various production and operation units such as advertising, legal division, research & Development etc. Processed and executed such things like orders, invoices, substitutions, replacements, credit memos , product objections along with return approvals. – all within very strict time limits. - Work closely with Merchandising, Domestic/International Sales Ops, Logistics, Distribution and Accounting Departments to ensure on time delivery and invoicing of all product. - Create, maintain and update various reports essential to the production process. - Daily communication with domestic and oversea’s vendors to monitor WIP, EX dates and ETA of PO’s to ensure on time delivery for bulk production. - Perform purchase order maintenance in AS400 on international and domestic PO’s. - Maintain accurate WIP EX/ETA dates for Apparel and Accessory PO’s including tracking of shipments and working with Logistics to ensure on time delivery to customer. - Work closely with Domestic and International Sales Operations Departments to resolve PO issues and ensure accuracy of data in system. - Facilitate Month End and Quarter End receiving process by ensuring shipping documents are submitted to Accounting Department by the specified deadline. - Process Vendor Chargeback’s and maintain monthly Vendor Chargeback Log. - Manage all communications with assigned vendors/categories from order placement to product receipt. - Ensure that production PO’s are received, closed, or updated as required.
