I have a proven ability to operate effectively across geographies and lead cross-functional teams. Currently, I report directly to the Supply Chain Planning Senior Director, managing a team of 26 professionals focused on enhancing supplier service, improving inventory turns, elevating customer service levels, and optimizing material flow. My leadership is centered on continuous evaluation and improvement of contract terms and the deployment of best practice initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
