• Design and draft components for motorcycle lighting equipment using CADkey. Developed products from start to finish including measuring motorcycle to overseeing the manufacturing of the part. • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes. Worked closely with CNC machinists to ensure design integrity, monitor manufacturing cycle time, and approve quality and accuracy of part with First Article Investigation sheets that I created. • Conduct cost analysis using Microsoft Excel • Work closely with CNC machine shop, marketing and customers to develop products. Part of team that designed and manufactured tooling such as spinning mandrels and die sets. • Design and set-up product tests to ensure integrity of parts design • Complete Bill of Material information on wide variety of products
