*  Responsible for the daily setup and operations of the course including addressing irrigation issues. *  Accountable for training new employees’ daily course maintenance duties. *  Collaborated with Superintendent on course’s needs and goals to meet members’ expectations.

*  Led 22 employees at 18-hole private golf club, including one seasonal intern from various colleges, an Assistant Superintendent, mechanic, and assistant mechanic. *  Responsible for management, maintenance, and daily course operations, including applying fertilizer and chemicals. *  Oversaw $1.4 million renovation of entire grounds completing project on budget within seven-month project timeline. *  Improved member relations through bi-weekly meetings to discuss upcoming projects and/or concerns. *  Performed administrative duties including payroll as well as supplies orders from outside vendors.

*  Directed 8 employees of an 18-hole private golf club with direct responsibility for scheduling, training, and ensuring club standards were met or exceeded for outside services staff. *  Organized supplies orders from outside vendors as well as management of booking system *  Greeted members and guests to the golf course while maintaining a clean work environment. *  Assisted in the setup of numerous charity events. *  Assisted with group and private golf lessons.

 Lead a full-time crew of 15 employees including two 2nd Assistant Superintendents, Assistant-in-Training, mechanic and 12-14 seasonal workers.  Responsible for recruiting, payroll/maintaining yearly budget, and maintaining safety and maintenance standards (two years with no major accidents or L&I claims).  Organize staff appreciation events, including reserving venue, catering, time management, and payment.  Generate goodwill with members through monthly meetings with Overlake Greens Committee to manage expectations for course conditions, including updating members on monthly budget needs or concerns.
