Head of Education & Performance at HQ, responsible for building and protecting the systems that keep training quality consistent as the TYG network scales globally, while upholding and maintaining the TYG standard through our rapid continued growth.I lead the onboarding and education pathway for all TYG owners, equipping them with the programming knowledge, coaching standards, operational training frameworks, and delivery tools required to launch and run high-performing sites. To date, I’ve successfully onboarded and supported the opening of 100 sites globally, aligning teams to a shared training language, clear performance outcomes, and a member experience that’s consistent across every studio.My work spans coach education, training standards, periodised programming frameworks, content and resource development, and network-wide rollout support, turning the “why” behind performance into clear, repeatable systems that owners and coaches can implement immediately.I’m passionate about building environments where performance, progression, and culture work together, so coaches can lead with confidence, owners can scale with clarity, and members can train with purpose.
