-Served as the key point of contact with customers throughout the sales cycle. This included: acting as a consultative sales person to match solutions to needs; creating estimates to ensure profitability; invoicing customers to ensure timely payment; ordering the parts to both fit the work schedule and not adversely affect cash flow; to following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work. -Performed weekly cash flow analysis for meeting payroll, paying monthly bills, and for guiding purchasing decisions ranging from basic office supplies to procuring parts for specific jobs. -Coordinated and oversaw all operational aspects of the VS Motorsports race team, which included organizing and registering for races through the SCCA and NASA racing clubs, as well as managing race weekends with an emphasis on promoting the VS Motorsports brand and interacting with potential customers at race events. -Created and implemented a formal work order structure that focused on controlling labor hours while still meeting customer deadlines. -Established relationships with vendors and parts suppliers, including a key partnership with Evolve Automotive UK that made the VS Motorsports the sole supplier of Evolve Automotive products for the United States. -Carried out all social media functions for VS Motorsports (Facebook, car forums, and maintaining the company blog/website)
