KBW are an independent firm of chartered surveyors, specialising in commercial property.

A continuation of my previous interim role, but on a permanent basis, with emphasis on strategic asset management.

Promoted to a leadership position, with overall responsibility for all property aspects and a team of eight individuals. An emphasis on policy making, strategy and overseeing asset enhancement activities.

Providing strategic advice covering all disciplines, including; L&T, development, property management, valuation and agency. Responsibility for the agency, property management and refurbishment of c. 75 residential properties in NW London and multiple commercial assets across the UK, including multi-let Grade A offices and industrial parks.

Retained by multiple clients, from start ups to large blue chips, delivering excellent portfolio and asset management across all property sectors. Services provided include handling rent reviews (both L&T), acquisitions, lease re-gears, disposals, non Red Book valuations and property management.

Taking on additional responsibilities within my role as a surveyor. The majority of work involved landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, land management, disposals/acquisitions of property and letting/leasing property.

As a graduate officer for the corporate estates service area for RCTCBC, I worked as a general practice surveyor.

As a Team Leader I led a replenishment team and undertook other responsibilities attributed with leading a section.
