Responsible for day to day running of logistics department and 30 staff within busy production site Hold daily meeting with area managers, sales and directors. Managing departments health and safety. Keep departments risk assessments and tracker up to date. Write new SOP's and training documents. Conduct root cause analysis when required by site or by customer. Department lead during regular customer audits and visits. Conduct disciplinary's. Organised companies' staff shop goods transportation to and from site along with accounts.

Reporting to logistics controller, responsible of daily logistics activities within busy production site. Manage staff rota and holidays. Responsible for staffing levels including agency. First point of contact for other areas of business as well as 3rd party transport. Logistics training champion, ensure all staff are up date with training requirements according to tracker. Conduct investigations when required. Attend and hold daily meetings when required

Responsible for goods in and out within busy production site. Conduct weekly and daily stock counts. Unload and check incoming deliveries as well as load outgoing deliveries. Train new starters on warehouse management system. Work in other departments as required.

Input statistics live from sporting events. Communicate with colleague at live event to ensure accurate, real time statistics are entered.

Responsible for day to day running of collation and despatch departments within food manufacturing site. Manage staffing levels in accordance to daily production schedule. Train new starters and agency workers. Conduct daily counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
