I’m a faith based entrepreneur, operator, and fitness professional with over 25 years of experience spanning health, performance, construction, land development and business leadership. I’m the owner and CEO of The Foundation 24-Hour Gyms and Prime Recovery & Wellness, where I focus on building scalable, high-integrity organizations that help people improve their health, performance, and quality of life. After graduating college, I began my career in construction, founding Alliance Developments, a construction company focused on custom ground-up builds and commercial projects. I am a nationally licensed commercial contractor, with hands-on experience in development, project management, budgeting, and execution. That foundation has directly influenced how I approach business today—favoring disciplined planning, efficiency, and long-term durability over shortcuts. Over time, my professional focus expanded into fitness and human optimization. I’ve spent decades working directly with individuals—from everyday gym members to competitive athletes—while also building and operating multi-location businesses, managing teams, negotiating real estate, and overseeing complex operations. At Prime Recovery & Wellness, we take a client-first approach to optimization, offering hormone therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss, and advanced diagnostics. Patient safety, compliance, and measurable outcomes are central to everything we do. At The Foundation 24-Hour Gyms, my goal is to create facilities that offer the best member experience and provide results in the most efficient manner possible.
