Managing operations and workflows of production processes to maintain high quality and ensure timely delivery. Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor production quality and ensure that all requirements are met. Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that the production meets their vision. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Manage production staff, including scheduling, coaching, and evaluating performance. Oversee all production across multiple venues. Lead and implement all weekly incoming NPI. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of 80 plus manufacturing employees. Organize department management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.

Support shop floor and indirect areas by providing proper documentation, tools, and training as well as troubleshooting. Prototype powder coating part fixturing projects along with increasing line density (Weld, Fit, Fab). Create and document Visual Work Instructions. Provide concept designs, prototypes, and pre-production samples for development testing related to continuous improvement projects. Work with Manufacturing and QA to start up, debug and verify processes. Ensure continual improvements of cost, processes, safety, and quality. Eliminate waste, increase quality, and improve productivity also provide quality process documentation. Research and Development of new manufacturing processes, tooling, and machinery. Design and model new paint line fixturing using Solidworks. Lead and implement all weekly incoming NPI. Maintain, document ECN via Epicor.

Lead & implement continuous improvement projects throughout the facility. Identify manufacturing problem areas, make assessments of present status and devises programs to make improvements. Maintain, Calibrate and Repair measuring equipment. Workstation Audits (brake press, welding, assembly, shipping & receiving, OSV) document and research findings. Product/Dock Audits (document and research findings). Lead and implement Production Part Approval Process / Initial Sample Inspection Reports. Program and measure parts using the FaroArm via PC-DMIS, height gauges, calipers, micrometers, pin sets, radius gauges, and scales. Document dimensional data using Inspection Expert Software. Verify & accept chemical analyst reports via incoming material certifications. Participate in Gauge R&R studies to validate methods and analysts. Train new employees on QC tasks and procedures.
