myXP is a religious nonprofit that supports churches across the country with many of the administrative tasks that typically an Executive Pastor or CEO would do. I work as direct support to the President and Executive Pastor of myXP on special projects ranging from church management system implementation and management to Financial Reporting. I have also supported myXP through bookkeeping.

* I led the change and implementation of math curriculum and standards for the high school Mathematics department in a high school of 130 students with 5 math teachers. * I taught a variety of courses in math, physics, and computers to high school students in a high achieving and competitive private school atmosphere. Courses taught included: * AP Calculus (College Board Certified) * Honors Physics * Honors Trigonometry and Precalculus * Honors Geometry * Computer Applications * Personal Finance * Additionally, I served on the school’s scholarship committee for selecting the annual scholarship recipient.

* Led and trained a team student employees for support and troubleshooting of Davidson College student computers – growing from 8 to 15 student employees in 2 years. * Worked directly with Davidson College ITS staff to identify support and software trends for the purpose of system-wide troubleshooting. * Troubleshot student computer and network issues through a system of ticket tracking. * Solved student computing issues including viruses, network failures, software training, & file recovery. * Supported Windows, Mac and Linux desktop operating systems and Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android, & iOS mobile operating systems. * Responsible for working with back-end network access control for student internet access. Specifically worked with Bradford Persistent Agent for Network Access Control, & Sophos Antivirus.

For the short time I worked for Unisys I was promoted twice - once to the level of "support guru" as a mentor to newer employees. I was the quickest promotion that team had ever seen. I was again promoted to a tier II team supporting Microsoft's Secure Access Workstations for internal employees.

I began at Harvest as a worship intern eventually coming on staff full-time as the Director of Worship where I led, trained, and coordinated the worship & music department for the church and planned large scale services, organized & scheduled musicians, and trained production volunteers. In that role, I also took over many of the organizational and administrative tasks of the church. While there, I successfully implemented and trained staff and volunteers on a new organizational management system with member tracking, donor management, childcare administration, small group management, assimilation processes, volunteer scheduling, and communication for a church of 1000 attenders, 28 staff, and 350 volunteers. I managed bookkeeping, payroll, and account management for the human resources aspects for the church staff. I assisted the Executive Pastor in special projects including implementing and managing a google for business domain, providing tech and software support to the entire staff, and researching new software and project management tools.
