I'm a leader, teacher, and coach, while always being a student. My first reaction to almost everything is to lend a hand or find a way to help/contribute whether that means putting myself at risk or not. I stir the pot and jump head first into awkward and difficult situations. I’m a problem solver and critical thinker who can take apart/dissect any thing or any issue, then put it back together better than it was before. By default, I look for efficiencies and how things can be done quicker and more cost effectively. To me, there is always a better way to do it. The flaws in the armor are my traits of kindness, fairness, integrity and always offering help even if I have no capacity. It isn't wise to doubt me or tell me there is something I cannot do. That’s who I am, and I’m proud of it. I have more than 20 years of general construction and project management experience in all facets of the industry including multifamily, hospitality, resorts and hotels, custom residential, tenant improvement, transportation and surety completion. While skills learned through education and experience may be valuable, I believe my greatest assets are my personality and character, which are incredibly distinctive. I am a leader at heart no matter what crowd I am thrown into and I find pleasure in bringing the absolute best out of people. I practice the belief that with a positive attitude, perseverance, courage and integrity, you'll never be disappointed at the end of the day. Being an extremely active guy and avid fan of the outdoors, I have a nose for adventure and welcome the challenges of each new day with a grin.
