• Lead the recruitment, development and performance of a multifaceted international team of (18) Aerospace Application and Design Engineers. • Responsible for the technical and production performance for all Aerospace, Industrial, Medical and Defense elastomeric, thermoplastic and thermoplastic composite products. • Responsible for strategic planning, risk management and technical tactical execution specific to new aircraft platforms, including large program wins on the A380, 787, A350, JSF, 747-8, and many others. • Responsible for technical regulatory compliance to strict Aerospace Industry standards such as AS9100, successfully passing all surveillance and tri-annual audits without Engineering department findings. • Responsible for the technical activities in the development of an Aerospace focused internal thermoplastics composite start-up, with prototype orders within two years and production component orders within five years of program initiation. • Corporate technical management representative for conflict resolution on site at customer locations, directing resolution with minimum aircraft program impact and financial penalties • Other responsibilities include balancing annual budgeting for the Engineering department; staffing resources alignment; setting group performance objectives and quarterly performance reviews; presenting at Industry forums and internal company executive meetings

Responsible for product design as well as project management of specialized emergency steam bypass valves for the global industrial and power generation sectors.

Thesis: Examining the mediating role of employee psychological capital on the relationship between authentic leadership and employee innovative behavior in U.S. Research and Development organizations.
