- Spearheaded a cloud-based data platform and BI tool migration to modernize BI, analytics, and data engineering processes resulting in a $300k reduction in licensing costs, igniting our internal data culture, and driving 10x growth in user adoption of embedded analytics solutions within our SaaS products. - Accelerated delivery of data models by establishing data engineering best practices and patterns. - Leveraged expert-level data modeling skills to train and mentor team members to deliver high business and customer value.

Deploy end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, including full-service and self-service dashboards and reports. Requirement gathering, data profiling, star schema modeling (Kimball), ETL data, report and dashboard strategy and implementation. Dashboard Committee Member, dashboard and reporting tool lifecycle. Including tool selection, migration, rollout, best practices, user training, adoption metrics, upgrades and road map. Tools include BusinessObjects, SSRS, Tableau, and Power BI, and a custom built dashboard.

Developed a custom dashboard reporting solution in .NET using Crystal Reports and the Google Visualization API. Displaying trends in call center data and providing metrics focused on operational effectiveness. Created ETL packages in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for loading data from multiple sources into a data warehouse.

Maintain integrity of reporting system for financial and performance measures. Updated monthly reports and conducted ad-hoc analysis.

Awarded a Graduate Research Assistant position. Research included developing a data warehouse as a foundation for new courses in the Business Intelligence space.
