Duties include inbound and outbound network set up, training, EDI Integration programs, carrier onboarding, payment and audit structure, dedicated program roll out, and costing model creation.

Responsible for domestic and international regulatory compliance and governmental reporting, Monitoring logistics procedures and procurement for all transportation modes within a complex supply chain. Duties include lane and mode shift analysis, specialized delivery requirements, customs compliance, classification of products, AES reporting, FTZ management and reporting, sustainability programs, pricing, service level, and fulfillment projects across all modes of transport. Management of key visibility and optimization projects as well as web tool applications in regards to inbound receiving, reverse logistics and outbound shipping processes and procedures. Achievements: Reduced FTL costs by 15%, transitioned entire parcel network and programs, improvement of Smartway score over 23%, implemented automated alert management programs, introduced key decreased spend programs including consolidation (TM tool) and key cross dock segments. Recipient of 8 Lexmark “Make it Happen” awards.

U.S. Distribution Operations Manager (2003 to 2006) Responsible for managing warehouse and distribution sites within the U.S. and Mexico; providing technical leadership; ensuring customer service in the delivery process; managing purchasing and logistics; processing custody and safeguarding inventory control, receipts, shipping requirements, specialized, and custom customer requests; supervising multiple inventory management and invoicing structures for more than 250 users within the 3PL environment; creating performance standards; evaluating responsibilities; generating competitive price analysis and approvals; and negotiating warehouse and custom services and contracts. Achievements: Reduced costs by 20%; realized record performance metrics; led DC environment upgrade to increase picking volume of small packages; implemented UCC-128 functionality for key customer sets; and opened a new site in Ontario, California.

Responsible for managing international and domestic distribution processes for a comprehensive list of company products; implementing and enforcing distribution policies in compliance with Lexmark and government regulations; supporting and trouble-shooting numerous systems, such as inventory management for both Lexmark and suppliers, accounting, international document control, and SMI portal; coordinating the movement of materials for all high-end product lines; packaging configurations; coordinating transportation; overseeing rate reduction; collecting and reporting data to improve systems; and planning warehouse capacity.
