* Ranked in top 5% of national analyst class and promoted early to Consultant in challenging economic market. * Conducted deal analytics for a $1.4B outsourcing arrangement with the Federal Government, including financial modeling support for negotiations, formulating the five-year baseline, and creating a savings simulation tool. * Wrote the financial pro forma section of the business plan for an electronic check-image exchange venture. Small entrepreneurial team that created a $100MM electronic- and paper-based payments company within JPMorgan. Co-led strategic acquisition due-diligence analysis of a publicly traded payments company; developed the DCF valuation model, assessed the existing and pro forma operating model, and interviewed c-level executives. Secured $21MM three-year outsourcing arrangement with a large captive auto finance company by commercializing an existing electronic tax payments platform. Built two new product offerings by identifying demand, assembling the capabilities, and building a sales and delivery model. These products are now in use by over 100 clients.

* Founding member of MCB serving the private, commercial, and investment banking needs of the affluent and their businesses. * Originated or managed 51% of the business growing the bank from $10.5MM in seed capital to $100MM in assets. * Raised $3.1MM in capital for the bank as a key member of the capital raising team. * Sourced and structured custom transactions with chief responsibilities for underwriting investments, arranging syndicates, interfacing with other capital sources (e.g. mezzanine lenders, co-equity sponsors), and managing legal counsel. * Formed an I banking division with two other principals to aid clients with raising equity capital and advise on mergers and acquisitions. * Structured and closed a leveraged buyout debt facility (7/08) that involved a syndicate of three banks with two tranches involving different collateral and seller paper. * Developed and delivered a speaking series, “Growing Your Business by Leveraging Your Network."
