Upon graduating early from the Sales Leadership Program at Acuity I accepted a full-time position with the inside sales team. Work on daily flow on quotes and purchase orders for the Southeast Region.

Chasing my dreams and training with a Professional/Post Collegiate Track Club to work towards qualifying for the 2020 US Olympic Marathon Trials. Managing a full load of training while working a full-time job, as well as serving in the community to foster healthier lifestyles. Through the Atlanta Track Club, the team also serves as a brand ambassadors for Mizuno USA. Atlanta Track Club's vision is "To creating an active and healthy Atlanta. Through running and walking, we will motivate, inspire and engage our community to enjoy a healthier lifestyle."

* Represented Athletes In Action, a Christian sports ministry and was a part of their International Track Team * Went to Cameroon, Africa to compete and train with the Cameroon National Track Team, and share my faith with them as well * Learned how to overcome cultural, international, and language barriers to effectively communicate with those around me * Learned how to lead a small group of athletes and push them to greater heights and perform at the highest level.

* Worked on a project to maximize contract process efficiency in a process worth $63M * Documented 3 contract processes As-Is and provided 10 recommendations to improve processes by 4 months * Initiated over 35 meetings with stakeholders to understand their roles and pain points * Implemented 3 timelines sent out to the field to ensure execution of the contract process * Created 3 visuals as role/execution reminders * Presented weekly to a contract process team for feedback * Presented in high level sales operations meeting and recommendations made were accepted and implemented immediately

* Learned how to sell products effectively in the retail business, listen & communicate with consumers to accommodate their needs * Learned how to work well in a team setting.

* Helped increase sales by reaching out to Elevate's past customers, cross-selling and up-selling our products to them. * Learned how to make effective sales calls, and how to self-motivate myself after rejection. * Worked with authors to specifically segment the market of their book and re-organized their sales structure to cultivate more sales * Learned relationship management, keeping current customers on board, and reaching out to new markets as well * Generated new leads on potential authors, which led to proposals

* Worked as a camp counselor, leading high school kids both spiritually & athletically. * Coached & mentored kids in running, swimming, & biking. * Learned how to manage and lead kids in a large group setting

* In a Business Leadership Program that uses rotations to help gain exposure to the business and Lighting Industry as a whole. * Rotation One: Lighting Center: * Worked with different customers throughout different channels to train and educate on our lighting products * Gave over 30 tours and presented over specific subjects to further customers lighting knowledge * Handled logistics and planning of customer groups that came in * Rotation Two: Inside Sales, Corporate Accounts * Worked with over 10 of our primary Corporate Accounts providing sales support * Made 10-15 calls daily in support of one of our biggest customers, ensuring smooth lighting installations * Handled several returns, claims, and request for proposals for multiple accounts

Passionate about running: More passionate about helping & discipling men develop into leaders & warriors that they were meant to be through sports. Learned how to compete at a high level, train every day no matter the circumstances, overcome trials and push myself to new limits, teamwork, and how to inspire others and help them become better on the track and in life. * 2015 Baylor Cross-Country Captain * Led team to highest finish at the NCAA Division 1 Regional Championships in 7 years * Led team to highest finish at 2014 Big XII Championship in 8 years * 7th fastest 10,000 meter time in Baylor Track & Field history * 3rd All-Time Performer in the 10,000 meters in Baylor Track and Field history
