Welcome Home Services is a home maintenance and improvement business. Services provided include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general troubleshooting. Work includes but is not limited to rough framing of wall, window, and door openings, along with the installation of all electrical components such as outlets, switches, bathroom exhaust fans with proper ventilation, junction boxes, armored and sheathed cable, and conduit. Also specializes in the installation of interior and exterior plumbing pipe and fixtures while utilizing advances in industry equipment and accessories such as the Cash Acme "Shark Bite" fitting.

Application of proper tree pruning techniques such as under cutting and drop cutting on residential properties. Utilization of rigging and appropriate limb lowering methods integrating light shock loading, static line marls, and bough weight distribution. Mowing, edging, and trimming services, along with landscape retaining walls, walkways, and decorative gardens are also provided. The above mentioned systems are combined with the use of both manual and power equipment as related to the arboriculture & lawn care industry including weighted throw lines, pole saws and pruners, chainsaws, lawnmowers, grass trimmers, hand saws and pruners, and all types of trimming shears.

I obtained my Bachelor's Degree through Columbia College of Missouri in 2009.

I obtained my Associate's Degree through McHenry County College in 2007.

Through Elgin Community College, I have completed the course HAC-114: Basic Electricity and HVAC-R Controls. My next course is HAC-103: Basic Heating Gas/Oil which begins on March 10th, 2015. The third course, HAC-106, is titled Advanced Heating Hydronics and Steam. This class covers low pressure boiler operation. With these three courses complete, I will be a candidate for the low pressure boiler operator's examination through the city of Elgin, Illinois. This license will allow me to further my career goal of becoming a Stationary Engineer (boiler operator).
