I’m an engineer–founder who builds practical systems across hardware, software, and education. My first professional world was fashion and photography. That early exposure to art, composition, and storytelling shaped the way I see products and systems: everything I build needs purpose, coherence, and beauty, not just function. I left traditional academic education early, but never stopped learning. For more than 30 years, I’ve learned by doing — across oceans, workshops, factories, and real products. The ocean taught me humility and resilience, engineering gave me structure and discipline, and industry taught me rigor, limits, and respect for reality. My background spans advanced board and yacht design, energy and mobility systems, and the industrialization of complex products. I’ve led R&D, design, and production programs in international environments, working closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and engineering teams. Today, I apply the same systems thinking to different domains: • Advanced hardware and mobility projects, where safety, reliability, and production-readiness matter more than speed • Education technology, through SchoolMode, a pragmatic platform helping schools implement phone-free environments with minimal friction • Software products, designed to be simple, scalable, and grounded in real-world use I’m drawn to projects where art informs design, engineering enforces truth, and learning never really stops.
