Leadership of the Procurement, Import, Export, Material and Production Planning (PCP/PCM), Warehouse, Receiving, Storage and Shipping teams acquired in multinationals such as Mineração Taboca, Eaton Corporation, KSPG Automotive Brazil and Schneider Electric; Strategic Planning and Budget definition of the area. Management and control of KPI's (Inventory DOH, Inventory E&O, ABC curve, OTD, DPO, Inflation/Deflation, DPPM and Spend Analysis; Implementation of policies and procedures following global guidelines. Training for the team and managers. Participation in the ISO 9001 certification process; International experience in USA on Manufacturing process and Material Planning; Experience with startup of the Logistics and Manufacturing Operation; S&OP process implementation and management; Inventory Management (MTS and MTO) and high complexity Material Planning experience (current 15,000 SKus); Implementation of KPIs for the supplier base and results monitoring; Physical Logistics Management including cycle counting and general inventory management; Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing concepts, Continuous Improvement and 5S philosophy. Kaizen projects participation and implantation of KANBAN system; Team Management. Experience with hiring, performance management (setting goals and expectations), skills development and training; Solid knowledge of Excel and SAP. Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish.
