With the continued growth of PPM Business Solutions, we refocused the business on exactly what we do, and stepped up to a limited company. Set up in February 2016 to take over from PPM Business Solutions, Roseblade Media assists clients with their digital marketing including email campaigns, web development and Google AdWords.

Working with a variety of businesses in numerous industries, to develop marketing strategies and help increase their awareness through marketing. From designing and developing web sites, to printing business cards and posters, PPM Business Solutions helps with marketing for small, medium and even large companies. As the Sole Proprietor, I have overall responsibility for the running of the business, from finances and recruitment, to marketing and client interaction. I currently run the business from the Ebbw Vale based office managing a small team - including employees and contractors.

Working in a fast paced environment spanning over four departments, consisting of Tills, Stockroom, Collection and Jewellery. Argos, with it's unique format of shopping is a popular UK retailer selling over 20,000 products through more than 700 stores. As a customer advisor, I had to assist customers with questions, queries and issues, ensuring customers were at the heart of everything I did. Working towards a swift speed of service, the store had to work efficiently as a whole, integrating paper, digital and voice controlled stock management systems. Christmas is a key time for Argos, and ensuring smooth operations during this time was always tricky, so department co-ordinator positions were introduced. As the Till Co-ordinator, I was responsible for ensuring tills were always well staffed by managing breaks and staff levels, as well as communicating with other departments to keep a steady flow of customers and stock.
