Implemented various norms, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and European Union - Medical Device Regulation, in order to create a quality management system.

Assisted forensic examinations on seized material by preparing samples and using equipment such as GC-MS, GC-FID, ATR-FTIR and LC-MS. Assured the chain of custody by confirming that the information regarding the evidence was correct and complete, and by documenting every procedure taken. Organized and maintained confidential case files in a safe. Took forensic photos of evidence to create a permanent visual record of the material in its original state, and add to a data base when necessary.

Took part in lectures about the organization of the military police, and visited their central facilities where I observed and learned about their laboratorial procedures in areas such as biology, palynology, dactyloscopy, and cybercrime. Assisted in crime scene procedures, such as its preservation, evidence collection, fingerprint recovery, and forensic photography. Read files regarding information about procedures and confidential information on past crimes. Developed an evidence collection protocol for chemical hazards, that included information on what to wear, how to approach the crime scene, how to preliminarily identify the chemical and which materials should be used to collect and preserve it.
