Provide high-level oversight and support to ensure operational success in tactical procurement and execution for Cable manufacturers and Polymer compounders. Negotiate with suppliers for contract, pricing and technical requirements. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and cable manufacturers/ compounders, understanding their needs and consulting with them to build quality procurement strategies aligned to business requirements.

In Manufacturing Engineering department: (Manufacturing Engineer) To implement the inspection, installation and commissioning of any new or additional plant, including the liaison with external suppliers, consultants, engineers and contractors involved in each project. To improve work methods, systems and devices for efficiency and material utilization. In Quality Assurance department: (Quality Technician) Statistical analysis of test results and recommending improvement opportunities to the management.

In new product development department: • Sound knowledge in processing and compounding of all polymers and its blends. • New product development and analysis using various blending techniques by compatible with different polymers in order to meet specifications and customer requirements. • Establishing and maintaining work instructions, preparation of Product Inspection standards in-line with customer requirements. In Marketing and Technical service departments • Market Analysis – conduct market research to monitor product performance, to launch new products and to explore the possibility of opening up new markets. • Attending customer complaints and to analyze the cause of problem in order to solve the complaint in time.

In Production department: • Analysis of Production plan Vs achievement. • Trouble shooting in extrusion process problems.
