• A mature start-up providing an SEO service to thousands of users daily, committed to continuous deployment and containerized micro-services (Docker, Kubernetes), with a modern stack (React, Redux, Sass, JSS, Node, Webpack) • With a tight-knit team, built features from back-end to front-end (PDF generation, Facebook API metrics, Node mailing service), addressed maintenance issues (legacy PHP codebase, reducing tech debt), participated in first-response effort during crisis

• Management of the digital projects 30ans.fondationcartier.com, and garden.fondationcartier.com : formulating and presenting initial design brief, coordinating the collaboration with the digital agency, ensuring the meeting of deadlines, user testing and quality assurance. • Foundation and management of the audiovisual archives (1 000 documents) : establishing and presenting a long term plan to upper management, inventory and documentation according to industry standards, coordination of the digitization (hiring and monitoring contractors, meeting deadlines), ensuring the access to the documents (collaboration with the team in charge of the DAM system). • Management of the video production for the exhibitions and events (over 100 videos) : leading creative briefs, coordinating the shoots (planning, deliveries, deadlines), distribution of the videos (YouTube, Facebook, exhibition spaces), secure archival of the footage.

• 600 000 documents inventoried through analysis of the company’s custom database : weekly meetings with the IT team, constant communication with every editorial service to validate the information. • Close collaboration with upper management to keep up to date on objectives and results : daily check ins, weekly meetings with presentations of the current state of the archive, monthly written reports. • Heavy investment in documentation to set up a sound base for future work on the archive : preservation guidelines, long term plan, recommendation for future technological development.

As part of a team, I learned by doing, following professional best practices, under the supervision of a team of dedicated mentors. • JavaScript-focused modern tech stack for front-end and back-end work : ES6, React, Node, SQL. • Understanding the fundamental building blocks of the Internet (static HTML5 and CSS3 sites, vanilla JavaScript, HTTP requests, databases). • Current industry standards : test driven development, version control (gitHub), RESTful APIs. • Focus on teamwork and collaboration : pair programming, weekly group projects, Agile methodology (regular stand-up meetings, proactive approach to feedback, Kanban boards). • Public speaking and presentations : weekly talks on a variety of subject related to tech and to our own learnings. My talk on Vue.js given at the EDA was also requested at a meetup after graduation.
