As the AI Practice Lead for CGI’s GMA region, I am responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI services and solutions across enterprise clients. I oversee the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives — from executive advisory and roadmap creation to platform design, delivery governance, and scaling adoption.

project: Management of integration and development’s the standards set by the CIO of the various subsidiaries and Socotec entities in France and abroad. It is necessary to combine the technical mastery of the Windows administration, the control of the costs and the knowledge of the different local legislations. Responsibility’s: Management and organization of the project • Coordination of local technical team and the DSI. • Definition of the typical architecture to deploy. • Management of hardware deployment and installation. • Writing’s • Transfer deployed platforms from BUILD to RUN. • Writing integration process of a subsidiaries.

project: Replacement of 150 servers of Socotec agencies. The project objective was to define and deploy a new and secure infrastructure over the 150 agencies. This project allowed me to increase my technical skills in Windows Server administration and SCCM, as well as to coordinate the different stages of server replacement in production. Responsibility’s: Management and organization of the project • Coordination of technical and logistical teams • Automaion of replacement of agencies servers (powershell, SCCM). • Design of the agencies backup solution. • Writing DAT/DIN/DEX. • Transfer of knowledge to support on the management / supervision of the backup.

Run Socotec : Participation in the RUN (support N3) within the customer team. The aim was to immerse myself in the customer context, while recovering the necessary knowledge with the teams leaving the company. Responsibility’s: N3 Support • Incident report writing • Investigation on production environment • Management of agency backups • Transfer of knowledge to support in service center in Morocco and Toulouse (France)

Responsibility’s: management of the infrastructure and installation, and participation in the operation of the platform. • Installing the OpenShift platform. o Establishment of a cluster of five machines. o Preparation of the environment (DNS, GITlab, registre Docker). o Installation and set up of OpenShift. o Writing deployment templates. • Writing installation and use documentation of the platform • Restitution of the platform to the client by demonstration workshops and training.
