- As a senior developer on a 12 member team working on an AI platform: - collaborated with several other teams and led the effort on bringing a new capability on our GenAI platform using Triton backend server. - been responsible for maintaining the security of the platform, staying ahead in terms of fixing vulnerabilities. Made sure that fixed versions are published on time with our different customers SLAs. - Designed a ETL software to do cross-analysis of security report for projects, cutting down analysis time to a few minutes and helping the team meet the time-to-fix SLAs on security. - Managing the CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps model for our libraries and projects. - Designing and developing the AI platform including training, predicting and model storage on an environment mixing VMs and Kubernetes with various languages (Python, Golang, Java) and targets (onPrem and hybrid Cloud) - Acted as a team lead for 1 year: - improved team communication with focused meeting and acted as animator, - used planning and grooming to help with team understanding and involvement on Epics, - Refocus team using accountability and syncing on Epics, - Process is still used today and received praises for implementing it.

as a senior software developer, I had different contribution on several projects, some legacy and some alpha-stage: * on a 2 person team, reformat the scheduler for ML platform written in Javascript (change: 80% of codebase) to improve its stability, from 5 high alert per week to 1 per semester. Drastically improved speed, from 15min to assign 1000 jobs to 8 seconds cutting queue time by 90% (median and p90). This helped scale the product to more than 100k jobs daily and thousands of users and need almost no monitoring anymore. Further removed unnecessary DB queries from 10k to 850 to reduce CPU usage by 90%. Got a reward at company level for this achievement. * On a 2 person team, adapt a codebase (change: 15% of codebase) in Python to be FIPS and NSCC compliant which unlocked new section of the market. This included lots of organization from different teams to be able to provide a new workflow that would generate compliant releases for regulated markets. * on a 2 persons team, led the initiative to add metrics to the existing codebase in Python. This was done in coordination with the SRE team and helped them monitoring the product and for the development team will provide more feedback about product usage. Wrote 80% of this new feature. * enhanced SDLC by adding docker support and poetry to manage dependency * share the best practices of python, and add software in place to raise the code's quality shipped in production * integrated security fixes in our development life cycle

As part of the AI teams, my role was to design and implement new components related to AI (specifically time series) or related to operations research (OR). Specific achievement: * software to generate project code template, ready to be built and to be deployed * lead, co-design a MVP of a scheduler learning from its decision, using Casandra as a DB/data lake * co-hosted weekly security hacking meeting Tasks: * design and implement several python projects with Django or FastAPI backend * ensure a smooth working environment for developers and researchers using docker and promoting a docker-based local development process * leverage Kubernetes, Helm, circleCI and Drone for CI/CD * using Kafka/REST APIs/gRPC to ensure communication between micro-services

As part of the embedded software team, I collaborate with our clients to create or improve their projects. To do so, I share my knowledge on free software and advice clients to find solutions that fit their needs best. My tasks: # Design build system with Buildroot or Yocto/OpenEmbedded to provide a tailored and efficient system. # help redesign client application to optimize it for the board, mostly using C, Python and C++ # Update and patch core element such as kernel and U-boot. # Improve update robustness using SWUpdate. # Manage and configure Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Docker. # Add code quality using Git, Gerrit and coding rules. # D&R POC involving security oriented Xen distribution Notable contributions: * Added support for TS-4900 board in Buildroot * Fixed build issues in hostap(TI) * Designed CQFD Courses given: * Development in Python for beginners
