* Some of my duties include: * Review and resolve daily technical production issues. * Apply RCCA and implement short and long term solutions. * Champion design for manufacture at all opportunities whilst liasing with design, sales and project engineers. * Use of quality tools - 5 whys, Fishbone and 8D. * Poke - Yoke in to manufacturing and assembly. * Present collected data for make or buy decisions. * Use SMED to reduce change over times in mould shop. * Plan costs for CAPEX projects. * Plan and manage new layouts in manufacturing and assembly areas. * Working with Calendering, Curing, moulding and assembly of rubber products.

* Some of my duties include : * Communication at all levels. * Attend DLA meetings for production and assembly flow lines. * Update SOP for assembly area. * Apply RCCA to any faults or problems with assembly or tooling. * Ensure smooth running of small press tool and extrusion section. Arrange repair, collection and return of press tools to minimise disruption and change over times (SMED)

* Some of my duties include, * Strengthen the Global Operations Team in Sweden. * Drive and co ordinate development projects. * Improve Safety, Quality and Efficiency in Dellner workshops around the world. * Develop and Standardise work methods and equipment. * Provide short and long term engineering solutions in parallel.

* Design of production fixtures & tooling for the assembly of bespoke hydraulic energy absorption units * Create & maintain build files for new products * Continuous improvement projects * CCA reports * Responsible for plant layout, liaising with contractors for machine moves / installation and preparation * Fast CAD

* Manufacture & Assembly of new products * Design & Manufacture of Test jigs & fixtures * Placing of Transducers and load cells for collection of good quality data. * Used Daisylab Data Acquisition * Operated and set up Titan Rig ( bespoke test rig, 2 x 30 ton vehicles )

* Assisting in production schedules to meet customer demands * All aspects of grinding CNC spindle tooling to international standards * Process improvement projects * Programming Jones & Shipman CNC grinding machines, (optimising old and creating new)
