Responsible for electrical and hardware engineering activities across multiple phases of an agricultural equipment R&D program, with hands-on involvement in PCB development, electronics library management, system-level wiring harness design, and validation. Worked on end-to-end PCB development using Altium Designer, including schematic design, component selection, BOM management, prototype bring-up, validation, system integration, and network-based testing. Developed and maintained electronics libraries for schematic symbols and PCB footprints, following internal quality guidelines and industry standards to ensure scalable and reliable hardware development. Owned the electrical architecture and full wiring harness design for large-scale industrial equipment, including electrical diagrams, connector and wire selection, harness routing, manufacturing documentation, assembly support, testing, and system integration. Coordinated and reviewed electrical engineering activities by managing tasks in Jira and supporting multiple contributors to ensure alignment with timelines and technical requirements. Worked closely with mechanical teams to integrate 3D wiring harness routing into equipment design, addressing spatial constraints, mounting points, and interactions with mechanical and hydraulic subsystems. Performed system-level validation of CAN-based networks using CANoe with VN1630 hardware, developing test panels, CAPL scripts, integrating DBC files, and executing test setups with software teams. Participated in validation and field testing, identifying electrical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing design improvements to increase robustness and reliability. Contributed to early-stage industrialization planning, with exposure to manufacturing processes and assembly activities.

Worked on the development of electronic hardware for telecommunications equipment, progressing from internship to engineering roles with increasing responsibility across PCB design, manufacturing support, testing, and product improvement. Designed and developed through-hole PCBs for telecommunications enclosures, including schematic capture, component selection, BOM management, PCB layout using Eagle CAD, and support through assembly and validation phases. Worked closely with in-house manufacturing, supporting PCB assembly, soldering processes, quality inspection, and functional testing to ensure product reliability and compliance with design requirements. Performed board-level and stress testing, identifying electrical and thermal issues, analyzing failures, and implementing hardware redesigns to improve robustness and long-term performance. Contributed to embedded software development in C/C++ for microcontroller-based systems, including ESP32 and Arduino platforms, supporting features such as temperature monitoring, fan control, and alarm systems. Participated in the development of industrial electronic systems for telecommunications infrastructure, including limited involvement in a PLC hardware development project, gaining exposure to system-level design considerations.
