- During this period, I was responsible for managing the operational service level for all customers groups (Toy Retailers, Department Stores, E-commerce and Distributors), overseeing the distribution operation at a national level in Brazil and controlling operational KPIs such as On-time delivery, Freight Costs, Revenue Recognition, and others. (USD 132M in gross sales 2022) - Management and implementation of projects in the logistics area (achieved USD 56K in savings in 2022), highlights: . Centralization of risk management = USD 31K of saving . BID for escort service providers = USD 14K of saving - Leading the cost analysis and scorecard construction for the transportation BID of 2021/2022, evaluating 45 carriers across 85 lanes and 2 modals (total freight cost of USD 1.8M in 2022).

- Monitoring the importation process via ocean freight, contacting the origin (Asia), customs broker, and carriers to control and report the operation status (~900 FEUs /yr) - Responsible for container delivery plan with Carriers, Ports, Sales and DC team - Automation of delivery management processes using VBA and MS Power Automate. - Development of dashboards with management information regarding Inbound operation using Tableau

- Control, input, and management of invoices for billing logistics services (Brokers, Land Carriers, Freight Forwarder, and other suppliers) - Monitoring the product importation process for the factory (OEM clients), contacting origins (US, EU, and Asia), customs brokers, carriers and other suppliers to provide status reports on imports to internal clients - Leading the carrier exchange project at a national level by analyzing operational costs in collaboration with the Procurement, DC and Customer Care teams.
