In addition to managing headcount, I am responsible for ensuring efficiency in production deliveries, always aligning them with cost and quality targets. My role involves detailed supervision of operational processes and ensuring that all aspects of production are carried out efficiently and to quality standards. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I am also temporarily coordinating the operations of the Ore Preparation sector, overseeing activities and the development of staff in this area. Ao longo do curso de especialização (Pós-graduação); em parceiria com a VALE/Fundação Gorceix/UFOP; desenvolvi conhecimentos sobre a cadeia produtiva dos sistemas minero - metalúrgicos. Em várias visitas técnicas pelas usinas da VALE, vivenciei o dia a dia de uma mineradora de grande porte, aliando meu conhecimento técnico com o operacional.

Responsável pelo gerenciamento da área de Preparação de Cargas, desenvolvi minha visão de gestão e conhecimentos técnicos sobre produção de Estanho. Adquiri conhecimentos operacionais sobre fornos elétricos e aprimorei minhas habilidades em gestão de pessoas.
