Currently, I am a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at iFood. I work in the logistics intelligence team for the Grocery category, focused on managing the operation's revenue (from the delivery fee). In this scope, I am in charge of projects aimed at optimization and direct impact on P&L revenue. I have a great interest in the Data field, and in the current scope I make great use of dataviz (Tableau mainly) and data engineering (SQL, PySpark, Databricks, Excel, Airflow, Github) tools to generate strategic views and translate KPI's and information for other business teams. I act as a focal point for stakeholders from different teams, such as Product, Data, AI, Operations. At iFood, I also worked as a Business Analyst in the Logistics Operations team, being responsible for monitoring and developing the Car fleet (which provides part of Grocery's demand), a position very focused on data analysis and interpretation. I was a Planning Analyst at DHL, working in Mercado Livre's (e-commerce company) largest Cross-Docking operation. In this position, I was responsible for analyzing and generating KPI's for 11 operations around Brazil, as well as for the development/implementation of tools for this purpose, such as Interactive Dashboards, automated spreadsheets in VBA, Power BI panels, RPA (Robotic Process Automation). In addition, I worked on labor and demand planning. I have huge interest in technology and data fields, and I completed recently an MBA in the area of Data Science & Analytics at USP Esalq, learning a lot about the universe of data, statistics, data modeling and programming. I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from State University of Campinas, and also worked as an R&D intern at Unilever, working with packaging development. I carried out a professional exchange program in Cairo (Egypt), in which I worked in an Engineering startup, having experienced an innovative environment and with a totally different culture.
