At Equinor Brasil, I work as a Contract Lead in the IT area, where I connect strategy, compliance, and cost efficiency to deliver impactful results. My role involves managing service acquisitions with a strong focus on meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and optimizing costs, all while staying aligned with internal policies and ethical standards. I’m constantly looking for cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, I design and structure processes with strategic categorization and synergy across services, enabling more integrated and efficient deliveries. During my internship at Equinor, I had the opportunity to work in the offshore competence management area, contributing directly to strengthening safety and improving operational efficiency. My role involved identifying, forecasting, and managing the competence requirements of offshore personnel, always with systematic support and in alignment with the company’s standards. I took part in evaluating and implementing processes and tools that ensured compliance, minimized risks, and enhanced delivery performance. I was also involved in identifying continuous improvements in workflow, with a strong focus on optimization and integration.

During my experience as a planning intern, I had the opportunity to structure and support initiatives with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and results. I worked on documentation control, ensuring traceability and alignment across teams, and developed strategic schedules that met defined deadlines and objectives. I also carried out continuous monitoring of team productivity, helping to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

During my experience in the industrial sector as a continuous improvement intern, I had the opportunity to actively contribute to enhancing production processes, working closely with the quality and process teams. I applied Lean tools daily, including 5S, SMED, KAIZEN, and KPI management, to drive efficiency, organization, and operational excellence. I also served as an internal auditor for the Integrated Management System (SGI) and Food Safety, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Additionally, I led the implementation of Routine Management and facilitated training sessions to help spread a culture of continuous improvement, reinforcing our commitment to ongoing evolution and value delivery.
