- Lead IT team in building and maintain strategic IT roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of IT enhancement and upgrade projects - Work closely with business Directors to set IT objectives in line with the business plans and Group IT Stragegy - Build and Maintain relationship with vendors - Capitalise the use of IT to ensure short and long term business objectives are achieved - Establish effective local IT governance and provide accurate reporting - Maintain compliance of the business and IT Team to company’s standards and policies - Manage the operations of Server Room/ Data Centre - In charge of the IT Operations and software development to cope with business development in China

- Manage a team of IT staff to support the Industrial system – ERP, infrastructure, telecommunication and desktop support requirements - Integrate network security through CheckPoint firewall Device - Monitor/review network security in order to have network security remediation with Corp network team in US. - To define the IT service level agreement and Operation Procedure. - Network devices (switch, router, firewall) and servers installation and setup - Develop / Maintain BCP and DR plan from IT prospective - Manage the operations of Server Room/ Data Centre - Organize internal and external IT training for both IT staff and internal users
