Development of the complete Big Data environment architecture using Databricks for Kappa/Lambda architectures on the Azure stack (IoT Hub, Event Hub, ADF, Azure Functions). During the pandemic, a team-developed solution was created to provide full visibility into the impact of COVID-19 on the company. This involved integrating data from Abertta with hospital records, health insurance providers, and the ArcelorMittal employee database. The goal was to rapidly present a comprehensive flow of confirmed and suspected cases, test results, family relationships, and the employee network linked to each newly identified COVID case. Additionally, a Health Indicators Portal for Abertta was developed, featuring multiple dashboards on general employee health, healthcare costs, health plan usage, and the effectiveness of quality-of-life improvement initiatives, such as prenatal care, psychological support, addiction reduction, nutrition, and awareness campaigns, among others. Responsible for developing strategic dashboards in Power BI for various departments within the company, including Production, Environmental Management, Engineering, Mining, Quality, Occupational Safety, and most notably, for the South America Executive Board. Key achievement includes the creation of a Consolidated Results Hub, bringing together general indicators of production, projects, and quality from all business units across the South American region. The reports served multiple stakeholders, ranging from controllers to executives, and supported the tracking of continuous improvement projects based on methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Gemba, and PDCA. Main indicators and analyses developed: - Production/Maintenance Reports: Metrics such as Actual vs. Budgeted Production (Actual/Budget/MRF), MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Cycle Time, among others. - Project and Engineering Reports: Monitoring of Schedules, S-Curves, Cost Variance, and other performance indicators. - Quality Reports: Conformity indicators and support for continuous improvement initiatives. Worked on the development of Power BI reports focused on quality control in the civil construction sector, with an emphasis on managing non-conformities in ongoing residential projects. Developed a consolidated dashboard to monitor construction issues, providing centralized visibility by project, execution phase, type of occurrence, and responsible parties.
