My name is Mateo Rodriguez, I’m from Quito, Ecuador. I moved to the U.S. when I was 5 years old and I grew up in Pendleton, Indiana. As a first generation immigrant living in a difficult upbringing with just my Mother- I was able to receive full scholarships to attend Indiana University Bloomington. My whole life I was raised with strong values including being a hard worker. I grew up with lots of experiences, jobs, and volunteering opportunities that have taught me plenty of life skills. I’m smart, dedicated, and a quick learner. Being personable and versatile are two of my favorite traits about myself. I'm bilingual & fluent in all aspects of English & Spanish. Business, Mental Health, Sports, & Politics are strong passions of mine. Currently, I'm the Director of Business Development for PsychPlus. Here, we are expanding our Psych Ecosystem to help drive quality of care up, costs of coverage down, and most importantly- creating quicker access to mental health coverage. Starting off here in Houston, TX in 2019, we’ve quickly grown to become the largest Psychiatry practice in Texas. We’re currently in 20 other states, quickly expanding into all 50 states.
