Devised a voltage controller with a touchscreen interface currently fielded at the Submillimeter Array.

* Assistant shop supervisor * trained to use water jet cutter, CNC ShopBot, 4-axis milling machine, laser cutter, PBC miller, sandblaster, and MIG welder. * Redesigned structural components of linkage mechanism in active seat for enhanced functionality (integration of electronic fore-aft adjustment) and better packaging. * Added functionality to active seat control algorithm. * Created a GUI to automate physiological data collection and processing for a study on human response to vehicle motion. The GUI included several touch screen test sequences.

* Designed and released assemblies for Model S, X, & Y within the Closures Vehicle Engineering Department * Designed a new seal system for R&D that improves vehicle NVH performance by 2.5 dB * Managed general assembly deviation trials including design of manufacturing jigs * Conducted material property tests and system-level durability tests

Used Matlab’s Simulink to interface CarSim and AVL Cruise, and co-simulate electric vehicle tests. Created vehicle dynamic simulations to calculate / analyze rolling resistance, brake force distribution, slip angle, vehicle forces, etc. Modified and validated vehicle models with real test data - implemented a PID controller for dynamic gain adjustment and errors reduction.

GE’s Dare to Lead Program is designed to uncover top-tier candidates and prepare them as a leader. The high-energy program helped me learn and develop skills for leadership in engineering.

Created a pump test platform (PTP) for conducting an accelerated life durability test for a 3-way mixing valve. The PTP included a variety of sensors and controls for creating worst-case scenario environments. Project was designed and simulated with Solidworks and Lab View.
