Following project procurement activites through all acquisiton phases until SOP and after (support for operative logistic processes). Responsible for suppliers and negotiations for indirect services and materials (industrialization, maintaniance, insurance, electricity, gas, water etc.). Leading and guiding the team to achieve yearly savings and productivity plan for the plant. Responsible for plant yearly productivity plan, purchasing budget. Participating in strategic sourcing for new projects in aquisition phase and running series. Planning, budget preparations for purchasing department for the plant.
