My thesis is on AI alignment, imposing virtue ethics upon Large Language Models via nudging vectors toward a set phronema.The AI field is currently dominated by materialist thought, absurdly asserting emergence of knowledge, morality, and consciousness.I propose the more grounded Aristotelian view of hylomorphism, which asserts that every thing is a compound of matter and form.AI models do not simply get their morality from raw data, but it is shaped to fit the company's PR.This breaks any form of objectivity within our language models.My thesis therefore argues philosophically and technically that we ought to ground our AI models in specific worldviews as a means to stop the illusion of LLM objectivity, for they are really trained to behave for the benefit of the parent company.I am also the technical co-founder of Tellintel: a platform that systemizes the innovation process for enterprises.
