For over 14 years, I have driven excellence in facility and operations management, with deep expertise in managing complex cleaning projects, ensuring top-tier quality (Qualef), and overseeing essential renovation work within real estate. My career is defined by creating strong structures, valuing people, and delivering consistent results. I have successfully managed projects across corporate offices, serviced apartments, luxury beach houses, and active construction sites.My hands-on experience started in administration and business development, quickly leading me to the cleaning and facility space, where I discovered a natural ability to organise people and systems.In recent years, I have specialised in high-stakes projects. I managed multiple large-scale post-construction cleaning for Oshinowo Studios (formerly CMD + Artelier) on high-profile projects like Kimberly Clark, Ventra Guardian, Clane, Rensource, Beach houses, etc. Crucially, I have broad experience supervising renovation work, including managing the cleaning and successful handover of Doyins Group's 16-unit apartment complex in Victoria Island. My technical capacity was proven by leading the complex drainage desilting project for BIPORAL in Banana Island (2022), which required seamless coordination with engineers and field workers. These projects highlight my ability to manage both the construction and post-construction phases in real estate.My proudest legacy is the people I have mentored. I have guided over 200 cleaners, many from disadvantaged backgrounds, to save money, pursue education, and even start their own businesses. This is where my BBA from Nexford University reinforces my commitment to social impact. Beyond the job site, I am a leader who focuses on creating opportunities and promoting financial stability.I am a genuine, people-centred leader ready for the next challenge in project management and operations.
