Develop and execute talent attraction and acquisition strategy, manages processes and oversees day to day tactics and operations to drive quality talents and diversity into the organisation. Partnering and influencing all levels of management, spanning different therapeutic areas and business units. Implements talent pipelining and builds the employer brand for the organisation.

I was directly accountable for identifying and supporting TA activities within the assigned scope of responsibility (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, KSA, UAE , Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Poland and south Africa). The scope of the role covers the recruitment processes for positions on all job levels and job categories and spans across all TA disciplines. I was analysing and forecasting internal and external challenges and advising hiring managers, local P&O and local management teams of considerations which may impact recruitment. The role serves as a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, translating recruiting concepts, and demonstrating the ability to flex from strategic to tactical in support of the business. I worked closely with members of Global People & Organisation, Local management teams/Business Partners/Hiring Managers, external outsourcing partners, and agencies to drive relationships resulting in the achievement of business objectives. Interacts frequently with other P&O CoEs and Global People & Organization Services. I was also accountable for ensuring local P&O and LoB know the Global Standard TA process and that recruitment processes are run in accordance with the global standards.

I was acting as an HR Partner by providing the LoB with HR support to ensure that the organization is aligned with business needs. Supporting and advising leaders as they navigate the complexities of team development, with a focus on meaningful, impactful results and cultivating strong relationships and fostering growth. Managing employee performance and development, and coaching and training leader to make sure that they are role modeling Novo Nordisk Way essentials. Partnering with regional teams (Denmark, Russia, Iran, France) to implement HR programs and procedures and new cLean© processes to improve efficiency. Assisting with employee communications regarding HR programs and ensuring optimal employee development and resource utilization.
